Main Line Exterminating has been excellent to work with. Every employee that we’ve come into contact with has been knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful of our home. As a homeowner with so many different responsibilities, Main Line takes more than one of those off my list. They are incredibly reliable and responsive. John does our regular exterior treatments and has always checked in to ask about any new needs or sightings. It’s comforting to know that they have long time employees who’s faces we see regularly. Best thing, their team aren’t salespeople - they’re experienced tradespeople. They come out and solve our needs, even if takes more than one visit. It truly feels like they’re working towards solutions. (Carpenter bees have been an annual springtime problem for us.) Not once have we ever felt like there was an upsell. They always leave with a handshake and a smile, reminding us that they’re just a call (or email) away. ~ Josh K
